Support Coordination

At Blue Goose we work with you to strengthen your ability to connect to and coordinate both community and mainstream supports. 

This includes assisting in resolving issues and problems that arise. 

Our main focus is to enhance your capacity to self direct the management of your supports and to understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to the NDIS.

The goal is for you to have the highest level of choice and control that you can possibly have.

We also assist with regular monitoring  of your supports and budgets, and also help you to be really well prepared for your annual plan review.

We can support you to learn how to use the NDIS online MyPlace portal and how to navigate the NDIS marketplace to find suitable providers to help you achieve your goals.

If you are experiencing any service delivery issues, we will support you to address them, along with any social or economic barriers that you may face.
